Mark has always been fascinated by the human form.  His skilled draughtsmanship and renowned technique are at the centre of all of Mark’s work.  Recently, his interest has extended to equestrian art, the beauty and magnificence of horses, and he has completed a number of equine commissions.  He also undertakes commissions of family and individual portraits.

He works from nude models which has been a constant theme for over 40 years. His passion is travelling across India, depicting and reflecting on the people, the landscapes and the majesty of this sub-continent.
